Bakery products allow extremely wide possibilities of application. The composition of the bakery products determines the applications before baking or cold applications after baking. It mainly includes heavy preparatives having a very low water activity and high heat stability.
We produce the fruit components in form of a paste, concentrate, filler, syrup, semi-product from fruit or non-fruit bits, and fruit purée/concentrate. We supply the fruit components enriched with minerals, preservatives, cereals, vitamins and mixtures containing crude fiber.
